Gift flow is what the platform settles to us before any split. Your share of that is below. Product commission, ad share and brand work are paid on top and are the same at every grade.

For your first three months we top you up to 3,000 pesos a month if your share comes to less than that. It is not a salary and it is not a loan — it is there so that your first eight weeks, which will be slow, do not end the experiment. It stops at the end of month three whatever happens.
